Viseeo Help Please.

Any help appreciated. I have bought a 2nd hand viseeo mb2. I can pair and connect in the car but my phonebook is taking ages to auto sync. When i make a call the volume is ultra quiet in the car no matter what i adjust. Lastly i thought it might be the software upgrade but can i buggery get this to work on my laptop. (wind 7). Is the unit caput or is there something i am doing wrong downloading the files from the viseeo website. when i donnect the divice to the lappy via usb it dosent see the device but i carnt see the driver. Help please

Hi can anyone give me any suggerstions or indeed is anyone local to worksop notts that could update the bluetooth software for me from a computer they know works as i carnt get mine to do it.
