Viseeo MB2

Hi all does anyone know the answer to my question I have just bought a bluetooth Viseeo MB2 and paired it up with my phone etc. For some reason it will only display all the data on the dash and radio if the radio is switched on. So I cant use the phone unless the radio is switched on, is that normal ? Thanks any advice would great.

It is normal but you will still be able to receive calls with the radio switched off. On ours the comand "wakes up" if a call is received.
