Hi there il admit to being a bit thick about wheels before i start .
iv a mk1 vito with 195/70/15 wheels et60 5 1/2" steel rims. and id like to put some alloys on , looked at ml 16" rims ( considering weight) I also know that iv M14 bolts so prehap s class as well?. iv seen some
Viano wheels 6 1/2" /16 with 225 60 R16 tyres on will these fit or what am i supposed to be looking for? as i don't want to alter the rolling radius (dont want speedo to read 70 when im doing 25 )
iv read the sticky at the start of wheels and tyres but must admit most of it went straight over the top of my head. so avice gladly recieved. :thumb:

the viano wheels should fit as they also have the same offset. some ml wheels might bolt on but not sure on spigot size as i expect being 4x4 will have bigger spigot collars. i will measure the spigot on viano later when i get out of bed

many thanks for that, I assume all merc wheels are 66.6 centre size , it is the rolling radius size also that im not sure about

Vito wheels

HI, got 7.5/17 on my mk1 vito, and if you go for 235/45 tyres this will give you same rolling radius as standard rims and tyres, keeping speedo reading accurate, hope this helps.

Many thanks for that but i want to keep to 16" so the alloys have a bit of protection, easy to mis judge that turning circle
