Vito Wheels and brakes

Hiya gang I managed to get some 17 inch wheels and some 225/55/17 tyres and change from the 15 inch rims with 195/70/15 tyres I put them on they Had good clearance all round nothing catching thought great been out a couple of times now when I go around a corner or bend it feels like the brakes are snatching on and a rumbling sound only for a split second it only happens going round corners or a bend when accelerating does anyone have a clue what it could be cos I havnt cheers

I've also think there is a whooshing noise a bit like a turbo noise and this has all happend since I put the larger wheels on

Could be worn suspension bushes setting down, noise could be tyres.

Thanks for the reply but it's definitely the abs as I took the fuse out and it doesn't do it but this has only happened since I put the bigger wheels on

Someone will be able to explain why the different wheel/tyre does this I am sure.
Sorry to be a 'party pooper' but it may interest you to know that that you are putting yourself on offer by disabling the ABS because that constitutes Dangerous Condition……………look at part 8 in this link.

I would suggest solving the problem rather than hiding it.
