I've got a w204 with audio 20 and hk upgrade but a couple of times I haven't been able to control the volume whilst listening to the radio and also the bluetooth stream.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to what needs to be done. I've turned the car off and then on again (standard IT crowd fix) and yet the issue remained. This was highly frustrating earlier today as I had mumford and sons blaring at me whilst trying to sort it and would rather eat my own face than listen to that rubbish for more than a minute.
Any help would be much appreciated.
