Hello to everyone... I joined today to see if anyone out there can help me with a huge headache I am having.
MY 02 Voyager 2.4L spun the casing off the idler pulley. Leaving just a ceased bearing on the arm for me to take off. No problems until now.
Finding a replacement pulley that will bolt on in the old ones place, is becoming very
I have oredered 2 new pulleys. The 1st wouldnt go in the space between tensioner arm and block, as the mounting position on the arm appears to have a step/locator on it, + the pulley had a step on the back of the bearing.
The 2nd pulley (from Chrysler stevenage) was identitacle to first, and didnt leave the shop with me.
Do I have an aftermarket tensioner arm on the car?
Where can I buy a sensibaly priced tensioner kit, consisting of tensioner, tensioner arm, idler pulley/bearing and belt?
All help needed :thumb:

It's probably asking a lot on a Mercedes-Benz forum to find someone who is on intimate terms with a Chrysler idler pulley and aftermarket tensioner arms.

Good luck though!.
