Just for interest I thought that I would post up a couple of issues having had my 2010 C350 CDi blue efficiency for 9 months which may help others.
First fault was knocking front suspension, turns out that the front struts are a known fault with Merc and they will (and have done for me) replace these under warranty with a modified part.
On getting the car back while reversing and maneuvering there was a creak from the front suspension, having left it for a while to 'settle' it remained. It turns out that there have been similar problems with others and there are now further modified rubbers and brackets available to deal with this. Mine goes in next week for these parts to be fitted under warranty.
So if you have knocks or creaks book it in for the modified parts.
As an aside the drivers door mirror whines like mad on folding and the dealer has just ordered a replacement for this.... seems a fairly common issue so they say.
