I don't understand?? Its what you would get if you bought the official MB workshop manual on CD/s for that model .

Fair enough-- the WIS its not! 
but it is a digitised copy of all the official printed workshop manual PDF's afaik. It will also have a pdf copy of the owner's handbook in there somewhere.
