W123 rear arches

I have a 1984 280e (W123), both back rear arches are rotting, but I got it for £330 so I wasn't complaining, and I recently had a bump which crumpled the trim on the O/S rear (in photo), knocked the rear bumper, etc. I live in Hull if anyone wanted to know, so what's the best thing to do?

Get repair arches from a local car body panel supplier and a used bumper corner (280E/CE rear bumper corners are fairly scarce because they rust), Jay on this forum has a 280 he's breaking so may be able to help parts wise.

I got my repair panels from Hadrians panels... fit wise they were ok but needed a little work.
