Hi cant get sunroof open,tested switch ok ,put a 17mil socket on the emergency opener and it was a plastic nut and it cracked ,is there another way of opening the roof

Not easily without removing the roof lining [ not recommended!!] and if its seized I would seriously consider leaving well alone if you are experiencing no leaks at present!
