W124 16" alloy wheels

Would there be any benefit to fitting R129/500E ET34 alloys to the rear of my W124 E320?
i have a set off 16" 8 holes ET41 coming. i am looking to fill out the arches, without any rubbing issues.
i am aware that the front arches would rub ET34 alloys, but i am not sure about the rears.

16 x 8 R129 alloys will fit straight on without rubbing - they did on mine!
