w124 coupe seatbelt arm

Hello everyone.
I have a 1993 w124 300ce sportline convertible that i take very good care of, and lately i have been having a problem with the handover arm seat belts.
Whenever i turn the ignition on, the arms (both of them) keep retracting back from their normal position for like 8 sec, they do not go out.
Trying to fix this and any advice would be greatly appreciated

Might be faulty microswitch near the motor that tells relay the arm is retracted. Or might be the relay itself.
