Yes you read that title correctly! OK, so it's not on Ebay, but it's a VERY rare car.
Serious levels of "want" here :)
Goodness knows how much they would want for it. Standard E500 Limited models have risen quite significantly in recent years.

E60 AMG Limited

Good spot Darren!

I just love how subtle it looks for the amount of power it holds - would certainly surprise a few boy racers!! :D

Gotta be one for Jaymanek's collection?!?!

Got to love the motor but I can never warm to the Limited's interior.

£20-25k?

£20-25k?

I would say double that lower estimate at the very least, based on a couple of E500 Limiteds selling for £20-25k a year or two ago.

There were one or two E60 AMGs recently for sale on the continent for around 40,000 EURO.

I'm certain the "Limited" factor would only increase the price.

Well, I guess there's only one way to find out......

Hi,
Is this effectively a 500E/E500 with an SL60 engine in it?

Well, I guess there's only one way to find out......

Not quite sure how this would help....

Oh goodness, I meant contact them........

When they had it first time around , it was for sale for 24 or 25k a lot more miles have been added since then and I guess more pounds.....

I've been reading alot about classic cars and the peak price on them.
Basically the article was saying prices of classic cars are subjective and are bought oftern by people going back to getting a car they could only dream of at the age. Say a 15 year old. However they are bought at a time when people have alot of disposable income in general. Ie between 50 and 65.
Doing the maths 15 minus 65 is 50 years ago. So Cars from 1960s to 70s at the moment are at peak prices in terms of demand.
A car from say 1980 or 1990 your looking at 2030 for peakk prices!!!
Very roughly.
Amazing how the sl60 amg is so low in price considering the rarity and its a sl and the cost new.

Case in point is look at pagoda sl's. They are have nearly doubled in value in 10 years.

Not worth the extra cash over a 326 bhp 500E IMO...

Maybe if you're thinking is it worth the extra 80 or so hp.....

But on this occasion I think this is worth the money, it's fully loaded, very clean, good provenance, relatively low miles and it's a Limited model.

It's a collectors car though, not something to be parked in the street and driven daily to the tube station and parked up.

I like it a lot but I find the interiors odd.

Now, if they'd made a 560SEC AMG with the M119 6.0 AMG motor and AMG bodykit you'd be camping on the dealers doorstep.
