Hi , .......I'm From Indonesia .....

I have W124 ,1991 300E sportline with M103 engine ......

I mess up final problem with Fuel Enrichment ....., still not solved until now ...

I just replace Airflow Potenciometer with a new one .....

FPR, EHA , Jetronic seem ok .....

Upper Chamber Pressure set at 5,5 bar ; -
lower at 5,1 at working temp , 5,0 at cold

---------------------------------
Airflow Potenciometer :
Voltage measured at idle : Pin 1,2,3 = 0 Volt , 0,9 Volt , 4,1 Volt ...... seems ok

When Accelerator was pressed , voltage raised gradually & Smooth from 0,9 up to approx 3 volt

------------------------

when accelerator released , deceleration shut off was working .....
Lower chamber Pressure Raised to 5,5 Bar , and back to 5,1 Bar after 1300 Rpm ......... seems ok

-----------------------

When Acceleration Enrichment tested :

TD signal was ok at pin 25 Jetronic ..... ( 6 -> 12 volt )

I've already put a resistor 2,5 Kohm to simulate engine cold ........

Idle Switch tested ok , Throttle switch tested ok .....

-------- Problem :

Lower Chamber Pressure never reduced until Throtlle pressed full to bottom ( Full Enrichment Function) .....

At full throttle open , Suddenly Lower Chamber reduced to 3,8 Bar .....

But the lower chamber pressure never reduced ( smooth Gradually ) before full throttle opened ....as the 'text book said' ....

Is There any problem with my 'New' airflow potenciometer ?
How To test That Part ?

sorry for My very2 ugly language ......
