W124 - W201 bumpers

Does anyone know if thee bumpers from a W201 will fit straight on to a W124?

They wont fit without modification

Such a shame.. the W201 standerd bumpers look the nuts, Are the mods' major?

Well the W201 is much narrower than the W124
