Probably more sutiable for an E500, those options usually come standard.

that console looks to me as though it's come out of a late model estate with aircon

switches from left to right bracketed stuff are options

1, heated rear window
2, rear window wash/wipe
3, rear wiper
4, space (auxillary/residual heater)
5, hazard lights
6, space (led for alarm system)
7, space (no function)
8, space (no function)
9, interior light switch

Gearshift surround has mirror, 4 windows (plus child proof switch) and 2 heated seats

Well, its tempting but it wouldn't be any use in a non-aircon model with manual transmission would it? Or would it?
