Hi Guys,
I've got a problem with the front washer jet on the driver's side. Washer fluid only comes out of the hole on the left. (This happened one day this week when it was -X'C outside)
I thought it might be frozen but today everything thawed out nicely and it still wouldn't come out. I thought it was probably blocked so tried pushing a fine bit of fishing line down the hole to try and clean it out. That didn't work either ...
I lifted up the bonnet and found the service cap underneath, but didn't go any further as it was getting dark and couldn't see what was going on.
Does the jet have 2 feeds for each nozzle jet or is it a single connection and the fluid is split within the unit? I could see some wires in there as well. I guess these are for heating it up...?
I'd like to take it out and give it a good clean, but I'm unsure how it comes apart. If anyone has a service diagram of how these come apart I'd really appreciate it.
Cheers,
Blondebier
