Ok gang ...
Just been hoovering the boot and in the wells i discover it's damp in both wells
Haul everything out and it's only the bottom piece of trim that is damp , not wet ... along with my A to Z and my oil wiping cloth....
Pull these up and there are two drain holes , both blocked so clean them out ...
Question is, how does water get in in the first place ? the exit holes are behind the rear flaps and protected by a tube so i doubt water would have come in up the tube ...
There is no damp anywhere else ( if the lid was leaking, the upper trim would be damp ) ...
All drain channels round rear screen are clear and around bootlid rubbers ...
Any ideas ? I've had a shufty round and there are no other holes that water could ingress in through .... so i'm stumped ..
Will leave the boot open all day Sunday to let it dry , we've got 16 degrees forecast here :bannana:
