W166 AMG Sport Tow Bar Cover

I've recently purchased a 1 year old ML350 AMG Sport registered in 2014. The car has a tow bar, which I will never use. The cover was missing and dealer has given me a new cover. However, it does not seem to fit correctly. The part number they gave is A166 885 2324 and is called a Cover Trailer Hitch. They did say some bolts were also required and would post these to me, however I cannot see where these would fit.

Does anyone else has a similar model with the tow bar and if so could you kindly confirm the part number.

Sorry but no, even though I will never use, its not worth the hassle or trying to remove it.

Nope, once the towbar is retracted, there is a plastic chrome plated bit that covers the recess of the tow bar.
