W169 Glow Plug Open Circuit

Star says Glow Plug number 1 is open circuit on my daughter's W169 A180CDI year 2006. It has done 86K miles, and the question is, should I replace one or all four?

Is it a difficult DIY job or should I leave it to the pros?

Don't bother unless it's causing running problems, my wife's 180cdi has a faulty number one glow plug but to strip it down and then run the risk of shearing it off in the head...

Get em changed. Make sure the engine is warm
