No sorry its a book. There are pirated copies of the official MB workshop manual on CD for sale on ebay for a small charge. There's also this -don't know if it still works. http://modtech.us/w201-mercedes-shop-manual.html

There's also the Peter Russek service manual for the W201 , which some rate above the Haynes manual .
