w202 Brake nipple size / freeing off

" cracked off " 2 of the nipples so far on the W202 and 9mm appeared to be correct but is definitely a loose fit on the rear, and no movement and just about to slip round 8mm wont go on I am worried about rounding it off .... what then
I wonder if 11/32 AF might be tighter ( between 8 & 9mm ) I am going to try and clean off any surface corrossion on the faces but access aint brilliant .
Any suggestions / reccomendations ?

Clean with wire brush on drill

Then a little heat from a hand held gas torch if you are find it tight and even a little wd40 would do but leave it to do its work

If you snap them you will have to tap and reset new nipples pain of a job drilling out old nipple

I have them off now I used a 9mm Deep HEX socket read a post saying that hex socket less likely to round off .
I am going to get some new ones and will clamp off the lines and then rebleed
