After replacing every clear fuel line , every o ring with vitons, the fuel delivery seals on the fuel pump, I have finally found the source of where the air is entering my fuel system....the Fuel Shut Off Valve.

Does anyone know the product code for the o ring on the Fuel Shut Off Valve ??

Also, I have removed the 2 torx screws holding the valve to the fuel pump....but it wont budge, its stuck solid. Any tips on how to persuade its removal. Only thing I can think off is to literally break it off and fit a replacement. Its solid.:wallbash:

Several years ago, after speaking with local indie in Stockport, I went to main dealer. Cost-wise it was literally only a couple of pounds, and was the correct size. From memory, the correct one has a fairly narrow cross section.

And … undid the screws, expected a little resistance, but found more besides! Several taps with a drift and a knocking stick later, it almost fell to the floor.

I did think there were three screws, but looking at a picture on t’interweb, it shows only two. If someone wants to correct me and confirm there’s only two, I’m fine with that.

I just bought a generic Viton o-ring of the correct diameter to fix that.

You should be able to twist the valve off (it pivots about where the o-ring goes into the IP, mine was tight also.

Someone's been at the RTV...once the 2 torx screws are out it pops off with ease.
