W202 Dip Headlamps Issue

Both dip headlamps don't come on sometimes i open bonnet take headlamp cover off shake bothe connect and boom it on again - Could it be the contact of fault wiring ?

Please help

Most likely two faulty bulbs. Do they both go off at the same time?

They dont go off at the same time

I'd say possible faulty bulb(s) too.

Replace them with new or known good ones and try that
