W202 Grill Insert - Advice Needed

Afternoon,

I have been browsing ebay and found this item:

Using the buyitnow option inc delivery would be £42. Do you guys think this is a good price?

I know compared to others, price wise is good but I'm not sure about the quality and whether it would need modding like some of the other inserts?
