W202 Mirror - fit non-folding where it used to fold

My 202 has factory fitted folding mirrors. One is very loose and drooping. Olly diagnosed a cracked frame 6 months back.

Folding driver's side mirrors seem impossible to come by.

Will a non-folding one fit?

And if buy the wrong colour, is it easy to swap the plastic cover over?

A non-folding mirror will fit but wont fold. The covers are very easily swapped over.
