W202 Rear suspension alignment

This is my second W202 and its suffering from the same problem as the last one a 95 c200 this one is a 98 C 240.
At 134k the rear tracking only on the offside wheel moves about 500 miles after alignment, it moves out 1.5` to 2` and the car feels to bounce and the rear end moves over poor surfaces, ( I always try to miss pot holes) .
On my last car I replaced both Track control arms which made no difference, on this one I can find no movement its just passed the MOT the tester ive known for 20 years could find no movement and my local indy has had no problems with this model.
The only thing I note is that the pivot bolt on the Control arm now has a cam washer welded to the bolt head only and the early type also had one under the nut ie both sides not one.
Has anyone suggestions what it is as I dont want to replace all the arms unless I have to.
Thanks Ron

basically there is either play in a bush/joint, or you are mistaken ;). beware the rear axle subframe front mountings as they often pass the mot - even when completely shot. also the hub lower spherical bushes can wear without detection. otherwise all the bushes and the ball joints on the 5x arms are easy to check.

Thanks I will recheck all joints but I am sure the track arms are ok.
If it is the subframe bushes would it not affect both sides not one?
The whole rear end seems loose on either wet or poor surfaced roads after about 500 miles.
