HI hope some one can help, just bought a 1998 W202 and was wondering if anyone could tell me what Gearbox i have in this model?

If it is auto it will be a 5 speed 722.6XX the XX is dependant on the first six digits of your Vin number e.g. WDB 202XXX, first three nunbers is the chassis type, next three relates to the chassis style (estate saloon) and engine.
