just wanna know if the tracking or the alignment of wheels varies between cars,
just had tracking done, still can feel slight vibration thru the steering wheel between 60-70 mph,
any ideas what else i should look out for?
cheers peeps

>>slight vibration thru the steering wheel

Check the front wheels for being out of balance, or being out of true (i.e., out of round, or buckled)

If you can drive through the vibration i.e. after a certain speed it goes I believe it will be wheel balancing.

it could be wheel balancing, or may be the hydralic steering damper, try disconnecting it and see if it has any resistance, if it has none replace it, its not expensive and will make a big difference.

I have this problem also but between 50\60. I had the wheels balanced, it made it better but not by much. Next step for me is tracking I guess.

gonna get all wheels balanced this week will see what happens
