Hi all, I am at my wits end. I have a C220 CDi SE Coupe. I had some trouble with it about 8 months ago. Not starting when warm. Dealer said it was injector 1 electrical fault, 2 & 3 faulty mechanically. So I paid, now every 3 - 5 weeks the car will go into limp mode and cut out. I get it transferred to the dealer and they tell me it's the injectors. I have had 3 sets of injectors in it now, new fuel filter housing, all pipes from the pump to the injectors renewed. The last 3 visits to the dealer has rewired the wires to the injectors and said they were perished. The car is an 03 and not what I would call old by mercedes standards.I have bben back to the Main Dealer 9 times now. yes 9!!!
I need help from somebody that kknows what they are doing. The fault always the same, happens about 70 MPH just as I start to level off the speed, usually after a quick burst.
