W203 cab heating problem

Help! Clicking noise behind the dashboard and no hot coming out of vents even blower turned to hi position.

Thanks Grumpyoldgit,its clear that whole lot dashboard need to come off with all bits and pieces and will be difficult for me to fix it,Im going to need professional to do the job,meanwhile in the cold mornings I have to drive with my leather jacket on.What a shame for MB.Is anyone experienced waiting to long in the mornings the hot to come more than 30 minutes.
