w203 coupe, 2007 , petrol. exhaust replacement and front thrust arms advice required

Hello Guys.

I have an 2007 petrol W203 that is now requiring a new replacement exhaust and 2 replacement front suspension thrust arms.

Does anyone care to offer advice on options of steel or aluminium etc . as a variety of brands come up and as I am confused by the variety available.

All advice most appreciated , and I got about a month or two to sort this out.

Probably not a good idea to show your full postcode in your profile - you may want to edit it. It does tell me you’re in or near Glasgow, I’ve used these guys a couple of times

Mercedes, BMW, Audi Car Specialist Glasgow | Servicing

I think they have a branch in Ibrox and another in Possil.

That having been said, for what you need done any competent garage should be capable. I use Ross Maitland at Whitecraigs station. Given their location they see plenty of Mercs And not too far from you.

As for brands, Lemforder or Febi for thrust arms; Bosal for exhaust though cheaper options are available which may be more appropriate given the age of the car, particularly for the exhaust.
