W203 Coupe door handle removal

Hi,
I've spent over an hour on here and mbclub.org trying to find pictures of how to remove the door handles.
Can somebody point me at them please?

The cover comes off by pulling it HARD. Give it a little lever with a plastic wedge underneath where the split is as it is in two halves.

I'm trying to replace the external door handles....
How do these split in half?
