W203 won't start

So the alarm can’t be disarmed by pressing the remote unlock button and putting the key fob into the ignition doesn’t stop / disarm the alarm then the only thing you can try now is to unplugging the alarm siren.

Yes carnt disarm alarm will try disconnecting it yes I could view video thanks if alarm is disconnected should the remote locking then work ?

Normally, the remote locking will work even if the siren is disconnected.
I’m guessing the alarm siren is faulty and is in some way interfering with the unlocking/ locking, also when the alarm is sounding, putting the key in ignition should disarm the alarm, that doesn’t seem to be happening in your case, so, unplugging the siren might or might not solve the problem.

The alarm siren contains the brains of the alarm system, it’s not just a horn.

If you are in the UK, according to the link below, the siren is on the nearside/passenger side.

Ok disconnected alarm makes no difference still the same

You could try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes in case this might reset something.

You got all the fuse boxes I suppose.
