The other day I noticed that the fan wasn't spinning and air wasn't distributed. I fiddled around with the buttons on the climate control panel to no avail (buttons lit up). I checked the associated fuse and that was good. I then removed housing (inlet) under the hood exposing the top of the blower fan and I basically just touched the top and the fan spun up and everything was fine (all working properly with controls etc.).
Next morning same thing happens, go to work and fiddle with control panel during the drive without managing to get the blower spinning. Goes back home in the afternoon - still no fan running. Come home, remove the housing again, basically just help it with 0,001% force and it starts spinning properly.
I'm pretty sure I'll have the same problem in about 8 hours time... any suggestions on how to tackle this problem? Is the blower finished, is it dirty or does it need something else to get back into service?
Thanks!
