I keep getting a burnt oil smell from engine any ideas what it could be

Is there any visible oil leak if you pop the covers off?
Is it definitely oil ? You may have an injector seal leaking

It could be the dpf regenerating.

Are the 350's fitted with DPF's?
My 320 CDi doesn't have one because it conforms to EU regs without it.

Not 100% sure. Was just putting ideas out as not too sure what year the vehicle is.

Hi thanks for the feedback its a 2010 w204 c350 its already had new front suspension new drivers seat all on warranty

As the owner of a real W204 C350, I feel obliged to point out that yours is presumably a C350 CDi - a different beast altogether!
