[W204] Front Grille Upgrades

So I came across this image when I was browsing this forum on my phone the other day, I just saved the photo URL but not the post.

It looks really smart, does anyone know which company produced this? I can't seem to find it on CKS's website and I don't know of any other renowned MB aftermarket styling websites.

I know the AMG is one slat, and standard is 3 slats in the grille, so it can't be one of those two with the slats blacked out.

If anyone can identify it, that would be amazing as I think it would look really smart on a black car as well as a white one.

I'm sure the 2 fin was the pre facelift c63 grille.
Search eBay w204 grille. Can get one already black from Aus.
