@smythe Are you saying it doesn't work properly when you use the switch on the passenger door, but it works fine when operated from driver's door switch? If so, could be something to do with the switch on the passenger door2016 c350e passenger window slow and stops near third of the way up yet works perfect off the drivers side button, anyone else had this
many thanks

god knows how much a dealer would charge probably £300 plus ill pick a switch up or try/test it off the car.@smythe The only thing I can think of is to buy a used switch (like this one on Ebay for £45) and see if that fixes the problem - I think replacing the switch should be simple. My driver's door switch broke and the garage was simply able to take the old one off (carefully) using a screwdriver and put the new one on. £45 and some of your time is probably cheaper than booking into a dealer/specialist and paying a diagnostic charge. Hope that helps.
@smythe For my driver's side switch replacement (which is a much bigger panel of switches than the passenger side) - I was surprised when they only charged me the £98 for the replacement switch panel, and nothing for labour as the car was in for getting all four tyres replaced, and it was such as quick job to replace the switch, they didn't bother to charge for labour. This was at an independant specialist. I'm sure MB main dealer would have to charge you 1 hour minimum labour even if it just took 5 minutes.god knows how much a dealer would charge probably £300 plus ill pick a switch up or try/test it off the car.
