w205 Sat nav

I have just updated my SD card from 2014 to the latest 2016 maps using my pc with Mercedes download manager. It took a number of hours and all went well but when I put the SD card back into the map pilot it says there is no map data and the screen is blank but starts up normally. Help!

It's possibly buggered. Did you back it up?
They are really struggling with the sat nav.
Call the customer service line and open a case, make sure you get a reference number.
