2001 W220 Mercedes S320cdi & 2001 W208 CLK230K (SORN since 2008)
I have a 2001 W208 CLK which has Comand, telephone and TV pre wired via the factory when purchased. I did not have a CD changer installed but I have not managed to purchase one which I would like to fit.

Would the car have the wires in place or would I need to run a wire from the head unit?

If there are wires where would they be located?

Assuming you are in Europe, you will have to run power lead and fibre optics from the COMAND to the CD changer

Hi,
If the cables are fitted they will be in or around the boot by the well behind the rear drivers side light, you will need a power plug and a fibre optic, also a bracket to fit it in the boot.
