w208 cracked AMG bumper

sorry its on a camera phone,

speaking to a mate in the pub last night who does body repairs and he assumes that this will take all day to `plasti-weld` back together, im not paying for it as girlie broke it but what do the panel think...

isnt this just a fill and paint job?

That bumper is quite flexible so filling and painting will look shoddy and won't last.

Plastic weld is much better.

Must be plastic welded. If you have cheap makeover next time it gets nudged the paint and filler will just split open.

So leave it as is or do it properly is my advice.
