W209 amg alloy wheels

I have a 2005 clk amg convertible it has 18 inch amg wheels just wanted to know so these alloys have a tendency to crack as I've had the car for over a year and back rims have cracked 3 times I've had them welded and refurbed came out my house this morning flat rear tyre took wheel off and it's cracked but I've been over no pot holes or anything sorry it's long winded is this a commom problem or do I just have bad luck thanks

Yep, never heard of that happening. Are the wheels genuine Mercedes or after market? Could be to do with the alloy quality.
