(W209) CLK55 Misfire at high revs

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help, this has happened 2 or 3 times just recently, where i accelerate hard and just before it changes gear it splutters, then orange engine waring light comes on, then runs on seemingly just 4 cylinders until i turn car off and on again, then it runs fine but light stays on.

Last time i had the light turned off with a star machine, the star just came up that it had experienced a misfire but did not say why !!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, as im trying to get this car sold

It could be a faulty air mass sensor. The live data needs to be checked with a Star.

changed fuel filter today, still no change, will wait to put it on the star again, to get live feed
