Hi im new here and new in ownership of a merc!
i got an E430 avantgarde 98' bought it for a song as a non runner took it into MB garage local to me to. it was not letting me go above 2.5k so i read up on these issues thinking it was in limp mode. i replaced the brake switch, servo sender BAS, wheel speed sensor, 16 new plugs, new oil, and new battery. only to find none of the above really worked. i took it to merc to find the mass air flow and intake temp sensor was faulty so will be changing these at the wknd (well starting with the air temp sensor @ 12.50 for the unit). where is the intake air temp sensor loacated. i didnt get the owners manual with the car so im a bit stuck?
