A bit of a school boy question, but im having one of those moments...

whats the best and quickest/easiest way to change the bulbs in the front fogs on a facelift W210?

Thanks

Remove the plastic inner wheel arch trim via the rusty bolts attached to it. turn your wheel as far right/left as it will go, and you should have good access.

Failing that, remove the front bumper and go in that way. :)

Don't know about yours but on the E300TD there is a panel that open on the undertray that give you access to the rear of the light. You need to crawl under but its easy. I guess it would be the same for you.

That's the same as the E55 I had. 5 min job.

There's a small flap (trapdoor) under each side of the bumper below the light. I found it very fiddly. You will be doing it by touch not sight. My bumper was barely 4 inches off the ground at this point, so it would be difficult to crawl under there.

you need to get thinner...:D

Panel underneath right sod to do as you need a wrist capable of bending 180 degrees, probably a good idea to park it of a kerb or similiar to make it easier.
Might not be the bulb as the little plug in the bottom the contacts corrode luckily mine cleaned up okay.
