W210 gearbox sometimes stuck in Park

Hi, I have a 2001 E320 CDI which has only done 27k miles but recently (on 3 occasions) the gear lever sticks in Park after I have started the car. After a couple of minutes it slips out of Park no problem.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated? I'm mindful that one day it won't release itself out of Park.

Faulty brake switch? Mounted on the brake pedal.

The brake light switch is one good reason, do clean the lens in the bottom of the Ign switch and the end of the key
