w210 retro fit

hello guys
I have a w210 v6 and i would like to know exactly what i can retro fit into my car. I love the shape of my car but much prefer the dash of the next w series if that makes sense. i would like a multi stearing wheel and comand but i would also like to know if i can fit digital heater controls.
Any help would be great

Edit - Sorry must be half asleep. The w210 would have had d2b fibre but the w211 IIRC would have changed to MOST. So parts from a w211 wont work in a w210.

If you can find a donor car then it will be easy...but there will be a lot of parts needed, so it will be uneconomic unless you do find one.
