W210 Warning lights

on a few very occasional moments, the abs warning light comes on, and the other night when i turned my headlights on it said i had a light malfunction, but every time there seems to be no real problem, and when i start the car again, it says no malfunction again... is this common?

also the ABS malfunction only seems to come on after a drive in the wet.

Worth changing the brake switch for the poss abs fault only £10 from dealer, tail bulbs used to be a problem on early w210 well they were on my wifes 96 model, i think they changed the bulb holders, but mine have been fine but a couple of bulbs have blown on the rear plus a front fog bulb.

Dont forget two tail bulbs each side, are all the lamps working incl number plated bulbs?

wel i checked all the lights and they were all working fine, and when i started the car again the warnings were gone, and teh same with the ABS, could it just have some dirt or something on the sensor?
