Hi Gollom,
I don't really understand the question but anything is possible with the 211, it just depends on the size of the wallet. If you are getting an Avantgarde then bi-xenons are standard, otherwise if you drive on non illuminated roads, these lights are amazing. cornering lights? Or active headlights. On the older 211's (pre face-lift) only the headlights move, there is no switching on of one fog-light. we have this option but the headlights are so good, I honestly don't think it worthwhile.
COMAND
The first saloons did not have this even as an option and I have no idea if it can be retro fitted on the very first saloons.
Hands Free Telephone
Well worth having the kosher upgrade
Linguatronic
I have spoken to folks that think it a waste of space, and I've spoken to others that swear by it (not at it) This can be retro-fitted, but again it is not cheap. I think Braybrooks quote something like £800 +
Auto Folding Mirrors
A great option and well worth having
I'm sure that there are enough owners of this model on the forum to be able to discuss all the different upgrades and offer an opinion or three.
It's a pity your choice hasn't got full leather but it's not the end of the world. Remember that unlike the 210, there are a number of differences between the Avantgarde and Elegance. The former has a much sportier suspension that is not to everyone's liking, plus it has those impressive headlights as standard.
I have a full list of options for the early 211's and if I can be of further assistance please give me a shout.
Regards
John
