Hi all, hope your well.
i have another thread that's still open that some of you have probberly viewed & have or replied / sent help. its w211 e320 no start.
i have started this thread or this to ask.---
the high pressure diesel pump on the front of the engine, is it a straight forward removal & re-fit..?
or is there any special tools needed..?
reason i ask is..--
we removed the bmw e46 diesel pump & replaced all the seals in it & replaced it, but this car required a special tool to hold the timing in line.
also (hope this don't sound stupid)
this w211 cdi high pressure pump.--
what can actual go wrong with it.?
i no there are seal's, a high pressure regulator, fuel pressure temperture.
as any of you changed theses seals or repaired this pump.?
thanks for your time.
